I have many friends who have had theirs done. These days financing is very common. Some of my friends are still paying them off LOL. One friend had her's done over the muscle and she was fine in a little after a week, but you can feel the sac inside. My other friends who have done it under the muscle, their recovery was much longer and more painful, as you can imagine. You can't feel the sac, but the tissue itself is much harder overall.

The way you are describing, I am assuming this is an abnormality or deformity instead of just cosmetic? You may have to go to a dr that specializes in correction instead of just enlargement. If you only want one side done, the implanted side can look and *hang*? differently than the natural side.
