Yay! B/c my bf does NOT like to try *weird* stuff! He will not try uni cuz he says it looks like a tongue, well more for me! Speaking of tongue, lengua is fantastic!

I will try anything TWICE b/c sometimes the first time it could have been prepared wrong. Heh heh. And yes, I draw the line at eating anything that is still alive, but I'm sure if I had enough nerve to try it, it's prob good.

Well the Taiwanese style jellyfish is more spicy and a little more sour than the Korean style. It is also sliced thin with bamboo shoots and carrots also sliced thin. Yummy!!! I usually add more vinegar cuz I love sour! Well maybe not more spicy sometimes, cuz the Koreans love their chilies!

Oh do you eat crab and lobster *brains*? Hee hee when it's good it's so nice and sweet n creamy!

We are going to have to have a *gross out* contest! LOL
