If Bella can put on the weight easily, I would have the vet check her thyroid levels. She might be hypothyroid, which would explain the weight gain, and the trouble losing it. If she has this, it needs to be treated as well. She would be feeling a lot better after treatmetn, if this is what causing the extra weight . + with the CT, that could be back under control easier .
