I have tried the ginger in her food....ginger snap cookies and children's Benedryl. I even asked my vet what to give her for it and she suggested giving Daisy Mae 1/4 of a Benedryl tablet 1 hr before we leave.

Nothing worked!!!! Grrrrrr I hate when she gets sick. Makes me feel bad. I will ask my vet about Cerenia and see how she feels about it.
