 Lily Day 5 Still Home Alone
Today was pretty much a repeat of yesterday accept she did not make any noise this morning until I went in to check on her. All business had hit its intended target. One accident occurred when I put her back in her pen area after letting her play & get some exercise. When I returned her to the pen and placed her in the litter box with my command, well, as usual she never stays in the litter box. So I just leave the room and when I come back she has finished. This morning I think she was so excited from playing that she had her #2 right at the side of the panel where she jumps up & down. I calmly cleaned the area and left for work. The rest of the day was fine & accident free. I finally got to witness my 1st "Lily poop" in the litter box. I got to celebrate and give her the 1st treat for a job well done. She has been doing what she's supposed to do but I have never seen her do it. She went to bed even earlier tonite. Around 8:45. She seems to be getting used to our routine of her coming upstairs with me and lying on my lap while we watch The View & the Animal Planet. Afterward I take her downstairs, cover her crate and turn off the light. Off to sleep she goes. |
