I have wonderful news!!! I was sitting today actually in tears over Tevo and a little bell went off in my head. I called a person I know whose hubby is a vet and asked if YHR paid for it, if he could board Tevo and treat him for the sarcoptic mange. He agreed to do so! Once his mange is cleared up, I will be taking him in for the heartworm treatment.
I just got off the telephone with Trina (bless her heart) and she is going to call the shelter in the morning to make arrangements to pick Tevo up. She is then going to meet me on Saturday halfway between LA and TX!!
So....sleep well everyone, Tevo is going to be safe! I know I will be sleeping now! I was just horrified all day and knew I would never get his darling face out of my mind if he was not saved. |
