You'd probably have to request it. If able (like, if he pees on a tile floor), you can suck urine up into a clean, empty syringe (needle-less, that is) and some vets will let you drop off the urine, no office call. Just depends on the vet. It also saves your dog from having to go through a forced urine collection at the vet.
