Thank you so much for all your help lillymae, you called it last night and made it possible for us to skip all the fuss and get my vet into gear the minute she walked through the door. Btw she hasn't had any twinkies today,lol. Dr. Odom said she souldn't eat anything today at all, just a little water. She hasn't really seemed to have much of an appetite anyway. I will definitely try the broccoli though. I'm sure she will love it, she's not a picky girl and will eat anything. She does become a complete phsyco when she smells french fries though and she will sit up on her hind legs, crying and begging, putting her little paws together waving them up and down, like her life depends on it just to get one. I think stopping to get her a small fry from Whataburger the day I rescued her might not have been the smartest idea. My poor little old lady lights up my life! |
