Check the color of her gums (medium pink) then press a spot and see how fast it turns from white to pink again. If her gums are pale to white to blue, and refill time is slow, get her to an ER Vet. Didn't you say she had a fever earlier? And that you gave her baby aspirin? Aspirin can thin the blood and prevent clotting .... watch her closely or better yet get her to an ER Vet.

Unless she has someone there with her overnight , your dog is better off with you at home... but you need to watch her closely every 15 minutes I;d be checking her..
