My little Morkie is almost 5 months old and still doesn't seem to understand at all that she HAS to let me know in some way that she has to GO OUTSIDE! She seems mostly to pee and poop in my bedroom. I read somewhere that Yorkies don't get trained before 15 weeks. Is this true and I'll take all the helpful ideas I can get. I'm moving to a new place this weekend and I don't want to let the carpets get dirty or smell this smell anymore. She SO intelligent in every other way. I just don't understand this. Thank you!
