He's such a funny little guy....I'm pretty he's retarded. LOL But he is so sweet and I have no regrets whatsoever. Here's a pic of him a couple of weeks after he went to the groomer.
If I were you I wouldn't hesitate to get him, but take him straight to the vet first, and have him do the works on him. Maybe you know someone without dogs who can "quarantine" him a couple of weeks after the vet visit, just to be safe.

What a wonderful ending! I had to laugh out loud....look at your 3rd paragraph, first sentence.....cracked me up though I know you meant to put in the word "sure". "I'm pretty he's retarded" Oh, I'm still giggling about that one
