Okay, so I am going to try to complete your list by thinking of what I needed for June or what worked for her.

So, before you put bows in her hair, it is a good idea to get some hairbands (not rubber) to help her get used to the idea.
I would also get a nail file because their nails can really hurt you after they are clipped - the edge are very sharp.
The hair dryer is a good idea, I am thinking of getting one for mine.
Petstages makes a great toy that can be warmed up in the microwave to help your new puppy get comfortable. June absolutely loves hers.
For those potty training accidents, get a good cleaner that removes the scent for you and for the puppy.
My last piece of advice is to stock up on as many chew toys as possible, they go through them very, very quickly.
