Question my husband is away right now to Concord College on the McNair Scholarship program and he just receieved a letter stating he needs to report to jury duty. Would the court let him off of it, if he shows that he is indeed in school durring those times. Heck he was thrilled to get the You've been seleceted for jury duty letter. a year ago. Now they call him. OY Not sure how to do this.
