Also the guarentee, do you mean like a health guarentee from the breeder or from the airlines. If you mean from the breeder you probably would have signed one before the puppy was shipped to you, or else now its by word. If you mean the airlines, I dont think they offer any guarentees, just insurance if something were to happen and the pup did not arrive alive while in their care, but you have to purchace that insurance before the plane ride.
