It continued to ring all hours of the night and then started during the day.
I let the battery die and placed a pillow over it so i couldnt hear it and it finally stopped. |
My grandmother and father talked about a farmhouse they lived in once. One of the things that would happen is a knocking at the door after dark. They asked around and were told a family lived there who had an ill family member they'd sent the Dr for. He came in the night but the young person died anyway. Eventually so did the Dr who had always felt guilty that he couldn't save the young person he'd been called for. So they thought it was the Dr knocking and learned to ignore it.
