I think the police were very wrong not to press assault charges on the lady. If she is just a crazy lady then why were her husband and 2 daughters with her, aiding the craziness? I would be very worried for your mother too, living across the street from a family like that!
I agree about chipping your dog as soon as possible and never leaving her out of your sight! A restraining order for that crazy family to not come within so many feet of your mother might not be a bad idea either. |
