Looks like a proper Yorkie to me.
Size isn't an indication. I've had three.
My first Benji, was tiny when we got him, he fitted in the palm of my hand. He ended up being 12lb despite having an uncle who was a champion and had his pic in a book of yorkies!
Oscar is 7 months old and weighs 12lb's already.
Poppy is 8 weeks and 1.17kgs (2.5lb ish) and we've no idea how big she'll be. To be honest, we don't really care.
As for ears, neither benji or oscar's ears stuck/stick up. We don't care about Poppy's ears either way.
More important to us is that they can manage a 45 minute walk thro the local woods evry day .
