Yes, that Air France incident made me send up a little prayer too! My parents flew Air France just a couple weeks ago to France from Texas (and back). Like someone else said, any mode of transportation has the potential to be dangerous.... I commute two hours roundtrip to work every day so I always say my chances of going out in a car accident are pretty high (especially with some of the idiots on my route) but you can't have that outlook every day. And yes, prayer helps!
