OH I am so glad you updated hon. Please keep little Roxy quiet and crated until you see the Neurologist and as for a MRI the cost is some where between 2000 and 3000. I know it is expensive but AAI can be detected through a digital Xray to save the cost. This is know from a lot of experiance.
Stay strong mom you are doing a great job. We are all here for you and if it does end up being AAI I will invite you to my AAI support group. When you go the Neurologist please ask him if this is Atlantoaxial Instability or Atlantoaxial Subluxation. There are a few other names for it also. We all cut it short and all it AAI.
