The freeze-drying process that is used with The Honest Kitchen keeps the integrity of the raw and all the good ingredients. It was either the bone fragments or the concentration of organ meats in the medallions and grinds. Those two things are the only difference between those raws and THK. But before Angel would vomit, she would hack and gag as if something was caught in her through - so I am thinking it was the bone fragments (and always at least an hour after she ate).
