Both of my cats vomited a lot on NV's raw medallions. I don't know what the problem was-- neither of them have particularly sensitive stomachs, and they've always been on grain-free diets so it wasn't as if I was introducing them to a much richer food than they'd had previously. I was very careful about thawing the food and heating it slightly under running water to "mouse temperature". I kept trying to gradually switch them over for a pretty long time, but in the end I gave up. So you're not alone with the mysterious vomiting!
