I agree with FlDebra. You can't give honey to human babies safely until 2 yrs so I won't give it to my puppies. Nutri-Cal can be a little more costly but at least you will know it is safe. I never needed mine but used it a few times as a precaution. Just squeeze a dab on your finger, the pup will lick it off, apparently it tastes good. I have used Nutri-Cal when I first brought mine home to relieve stress and prevent hypoglycemia and that's all she is suggesting to you with the honey. Just switch the sugar product. Good luck with your baby, I'm sure you both will do fine.
