this is how i do it with my litters
they get dewormed at 2, 4, 6, 8 and i recommend either getting their vet to do it with their 9 week vaccination, and 12 week vaccination, i also let them know they can save money buy getting it them selves, after that i would deworm again at 6 months, unless you see worms.
you can buy online the dewomers you would need and save you a bunch of money
i dont understand why your vet does the dewormer and then 4 days later wants to vaccinate unless the puppy isnt ready to be vaccinated, then i would just wait on the deworming until the vaccination date, no need in paying 2 exam fees...
