I think the 2nd set of shots has and added vaccine in it from the first set. I think it's likely that the 1st set didn't make her feel ill at all. This doesn't happen to every puppy but it is normal for some to have a reaction. Like everyone else has said, keep an eye on her, make sure she is getting fluid & food, and if she isn't better by tomorrow call the vet. If you have some NutriCal this would be excellent while she is feeling under the weather.
