Sorry, I've never had that happen to my male Yorkie. But wanted to ask you, did they also give you antibiotics for him to take when they gave you the cream? Just wondering cause I don't know if he would have benefited from taking the antibiotics also.

I hope the vet's able to cure him of this now. It's so frustrating when the infection comes back after a small amount of time.
