It could very well be an allergy, among many other things, but I wouldn't change to Eukanuba but a more natural brand with no preservatives and dyes and all that. Ever try Honest Kitchen? My Curly really loves it. I hear Halo is good also but I don't know personally.

I agree. Mexican puppy mills are flooding the border states with sickly puppies who are smuggled in. I assume the puppy doesn't have papers?
Food allergies are very uncommon in a puppy so young. The body has to have constant exposure and time to build up antibodies against an ingredient to have an allergic reaction.
She needs to have a skin scraping IMO. More than likely she has a mite or a skin infection causing her hair loss.
