Well, she's very cute.
I'm not sure why you're so bent on changing vets but if you don't trust him/her, you should change regardless of the problem with your dog.
I'm also pretty sure that those pet expo's are selling puppy mill puppies which is a horrible thing and your pup may have more of an illness than you hoped for.
It could very well be an allergy, among many other things, but I wouldn't change to Eukanuba but a more natural brand with no preservatives and dyes and all that. Ever try Honest Kitchen? My Curly really loves it. I hear Halo is good also but I don't know personally.
