That's so sad to hear.....actually - there is surgery for this if the puppy is a good candidate for it. I don't know enough about it to really help here ....but it IS an option ...they may want to ask the vet more about that to explore the possibilities of fixing it....In the meantime I hope they aren't using collars on the puppy - Harnesses are much better for small dogs.....GOOD LUCK !!
