My 3 years old acted like of like that. He used to walk around the block happily and in a sudden he was scared to walk out side. As soon as we reached the pavement in front of the house, he would lay down. Everytime he did that I would pull the leash gently toward the direction I liked to go then waited until he moved. So we made about 2 feet in 15 minutes but at the end he gave up and started to walk with me again. He is much better now and we also got an 6 month old as our addition. The little one helps reinforce the pack environment. |
