Does she have to work for her food? How many daily walks a day does she get? Get her exposed to more and more things... get her lots of exercise, a few good long walks a day and that will get her nice and hungry! Don't just give her food... make her work for it and deserve the food. After exercise, she will definitely want to eat!! Make it look better by mixing it with some plain chicken and rice or wet dog food mixed in with dry kibble.
Of course, that's after you rule out any health problems!
There may be a reason she's not eating, health-wise.
EDIT - Just saw your post above that said you walk her 4 times a day so never mind on my advice above, lol. Maybe it will just take time for her to come around. It's never good for them to go without food for more than 24 hours for sure but if health issues are ruled out and she is almost 2 years old... I would just leave food down at all times and wait for her to eat. Dogs usually won't go hungry.
