There are just so many Yorkies with liver issues, if I were you, I would have the Vet do bloodwork and a Serum Bile Acid Test to see how her liver is functioning.
Picky eating and lethargy are too symptoms of liver issues.
Or she could just be a picky eater and she still needs to get used to your home. Where did she come from? What was her life like before?
