Do you lather and rince once or twice? The bottle says lather and rince once, but I've always had to lather up twice with other shampoos. My boys get a bath once a week because they get dirty being outdoors a lot.

The first time I used Minksheen, I didn't get a good lather the first time. So I had to do a second. Tonight I used another, less expensive shampoo for the first wash, then Minksheen for the second.

What do you all do?
