I agree with others. Sometimes they feel a little out of sorts after shots, just like babies. A more serious response (vomiting?) should be reported to vet immediately. I recommend keeping an eye on her for the next 24 hours and she should improve. Be sure and let the know what happened this time so when she gets her next vaccination your vet is aware of the situation.
