Like when I'm talking to people I am ashamed to tell them I am from Cincinnati, although I grew up in the suburbs of the city it was still called Cincinnati, it takes about 30 minutes to get to downtown. Cincinnati is becoming this horrible place that nobody wants to even think about visiting. I do NOT drive downtown unless i'm with my husband and we are going to a reds game or something like that, otherwise we steer clear of it. Today news reads "Unthinkable Tragety"
Cincinnati mayor: 'Unthinkable tragedy' | Cincinnati.com | Cincinnati.Com I'm so sick of all the crime that goes on downtown, it makes the rest of the area look bad. We have a murder almost daily, and sometimes multiple in a day!! Most of this crime is happening in what's called 'Over the Rine', which is the worst of the worst neighborhoods, it's not safe to even think about driving into. And what's worse is everyone that lives there is blaming the crime on the cops, but yet when a murder like this happens how are the cops supposed to stop it and why isn't anyone stepping up and telling the cops who this person is, you know somebody knows who murdered these people.
Sorry everyone I just needed to get some of that out. I'm so sick of this place!!
At least right now I can say I live in Fairfield which is in the next county over.
