I am soo very very happy you are choosing a pen area.. they do have them at petsmart and also baby stores..just that little puppy only has the bladder the size of a quater and you are gone many hours.. it can only be expected.. a pen with is crate , water and food and toys will surely make him more apt to pee in the PA as opposed to on his bedding...
