Outward Hound does it in xs and xxs.
One style they have has a yorkie as their photoshopped model on the xs size (there's another style by them that's not as cute if you're into details that models another breed of dog in the xs). The xxs generally has a chihuahua modelling. The "S" normally has a pug.
