Poor pup, it was an accident.. I wouldn't worry about it at all. She is still just a baby and not only could she probably not hold it and didn't have a choice but you have to expect accidents to happen.
One of my labs had a heck of a time with potty training and had many accidents in her crate, It was a pain but she got it down pat eventually
