Is her crate to big? If she can potty in one end and lay at the other end it's to big. I had a Lhasa Poo who did this for awhile, every time I got home she got a bath if she'd pottied in her kennel. One day she didn't and I didn't give her a bath, I guess she put two and two together because it didn't happen again. She wasn't a fan of baths and I always felt she needed one after spending who knows how long in a kennel where she had pottied.
