Yea, he keeps biting the newspaper, and I am not a 100% sure if he is eating it. I've had the pee pad in there for the past few days, but with newspaper on top. Now, I'm just leaving the pee pad. I know it may be confusing for him, but I don't want him swallowing bits of paper. Suggestions for thoughts?
