I'd be concerned that maybe her UTI hasn't cleared up. Vets usually just guess at what antibiotic will work at first and prescribe either Clavamox or Baytril. Sometimes a sterile culture has to be done if it doesn't clear up right away to find out exactly what antibiotic is needed. Most uti's are caused by E-coli which is very resistant to antibiotics. It can be tricky to find the right one.
