In my opinon if you are going to be inbreeding as with father to daughter you really have to know what your dogs are producing and KNOW what you are doing...it shouldn't be done with an inexperience breeder. I feel it's only done when a breeder is very experience and that comes with improving the breed and done for showing purposes and breeding knowing what "EXACTLY" what you are doing. It's not for every breeder to do...
I will only breed as close as grandfather to granddaughter and visa versa. I know some who will breed to half sister to half brother...but again it has to be with a very experienced breeder with knowledge of their lines and pedigrees...
