Oliver was 3.5 ounces when he was born and 1 pound when we brought him home at 8 weeks. That should put him in the 3-3.5 pound range. He's 10 pounds.
Abbi was 1 pound 2 ounces when I got her at 18 weeks. She should have stayed around the 2 pound area but is now (at 7 months) 3.2 pounds. I assume that she'll be about 3.5 pounds, but I wouldn't lay any bets on it. In our house, it's entirely possible that she'll reach 5 or 6.
Tia was 3 pounds when I got her at 12 weeks (should mature to about 6-7 pounds) and she tops out at 19 pounds.
I have no idea how much a puppy will weigh when it's an adult.

Wow what do you feed your babies lol. I have been trying and trying to get Laddy to gain and nothing seems to help. I even started boiling chicken breast to mix with his kibble and adding missing link to it and he doesnt seem to be growing. He grew right on the charts to 7 months I hope he still has a few ounces in him as he only weighs 3.4 lbs.
