Yorkie mad - yes I think she had an iron stomach. She was awesome. Once I was on a cooking binge...gonna get lots of cooking done for the week. I made a 10 pound meatloaf. I was gonna freeze some, eat some. Well I took it out of the oven, put in on the counter to cool while we had our dinner in the dining room. You can guess... when I returned to the kitchen after dinner the meat loaf was gone. Looked all over for it. Thought the kids were playing a trick on me. Found the empty pan. Waited for Molly to get sick or something. Nothing, just one full tummy. After that I never left food out on the counter again. We fed her freely, she just was a piggy! (A slim beautiful piggy!)
She has been gone for about a year now. We had her for almost 14 years. We rescued her so I am not sure how old she was when she passed. |
