What she's doing could be UTI? I always thought it was when they couldn't hold the pee...

The going pee and then squatting again could possibly be a UTI.
The very small drop after getting up sounds a bit like incontinence.
Clavamox would take care of most UTIs if it is given at the right dose.
Sometimes they do have trouble holding it with a UTI and sometimes you will see them going more. Last time the only reason I knew Ellie had one was from excessive drinking. I think she was going on the carpet though.
Sometimes they do have urination issues for a few days post-spay/neuter though. If the antibiotic doesn't clear it up soon, can you talk to the vet who did the spay?
