Yes, baby toys can be used for pets. Just check any toy and make sure it is sewn well and that the eyes will not be chewed off. It is best if the eyes are on the animal done in thread and not attached to it. The eyes are the first thing they chew off. My first yorkie, Alyssa, learned very quickly that if she could tear the tag off...she could get to the stuffing inside the plush toy. I had to start cutting the tags off about 1/8 of an inch from the animal.
