I was a confused about this too Why the vet would keep a puppy overnight for just a little sinus problem? Especially when their is nobody attending 24hr care . When Suzi was very sick, my vet told me she was going to stay overnight, and if she were to become seriously ill, they would transfer her to a 24hr ER hospital. Luckily, that did not have to happen, and she was able to come home the same eve.
I hope Munchie is ok, and he is back home with you. Please update us when you can .
