I'm so happy that you and your baby are all right. I'm glad that jerk was issued a fine. A couple months ago I was walking my baby at a state park. Piper was leashed and we were walking the bike paths. In the distance I noticed a man walking a doberman on one of those retractable leashes. I'm keeping my eye on the dobie as we are approaching and all of a sudden the dobie comes running towards us and the man is not pulling him in. I snatch Piper off the ground and the dobie jumps for her. I don't think he is being aggressive just out of control. Now the dobie is running around me and jumping. At this point I'm totally wrapped in the dobie's leash and the more he jumps the tighter it gets. I'm starting to get really scared and I noticed the guy is laughing and he is totally drunk. Finally the guy gets control of his dog and I get unwrapped. The guy tells me that his dog just wanted TO PLAY!
