so if i were to get a female smaller than him he would hurt her?
How old is Snickers? I could not say if he would be suitable for breeding or not. There is so much more to consider in breeding than size. There are many yorkies over 7 lbs that are very nice, some are just over weight. As for breeding a male to a little smaller female, it is safe as long as the female has the proper structure to have puppies. Before breeding you need to do a lot of research and it helps to know the sizes and faults of the parents and grandparents of the dogs you attempt to breed.
