If it doesn't improve in 24 hours go to the vet. They have more powerful meds that are really safe. Loki gets sick from new treats too so this is what I was told to do by my vet. (We don't buy new treats any more!)
Feed boiled/baked chicken breast and rice (mostly rice at first). Pepto bismol is safe for dogs to try but call your vet for the dosage. Give LOTS of water so that she does not get dehydrated. *Slowly* reintroduce dog food over a couple of days.
