I sure was surprised! I guess I will need to pay more attention to Zoe's cues than all the other things that are supposed to tell you it's near - like the temperature! Her temp never dropped below 98.
Now how much should they be nursing at this point? And I'm not sure about the last placenta? The vet is supposed to call today anyways so I'll be asking him but now I'm just worried about everything I've read. Eclampsia, fading puppy or a retained placenta. I thought I would feel more at ease once they were born but instead I'm more worried!
